Eclipse equipment is designed and manufactured to support the productivity of your manufacturing process in a safe, reliable, efficient, and clean manner.  We can help you maintain your equipment to these operational standards through Service Agreements.

What is a Service Agreement?

A Service Agreement is an arrangement between you and Eclipse by which Eclipse provides specified support on a regular basis over an extended period of time. 

What are the benefits of a Service Agreement?

  • Cost Savings - A Service Agreement typically represents a cost savings over the same service provided on a time and materials basis.  As a fixed-price product, a Service Agreement provides an opportunity to purchase tomorrow’s service at today’s prices without regard to future price increases for labor/travel rates and applicable parts.   
  • Easy to Budget – A fixed-price Service Agreement simplifies your budgeting process.
  • Reduced Insurance Costs - Service Agreements reflect your company’s on-going commitment to safety and loss control and may qualify your facility for reduced insurance costs.   Contact your insurance company for more information.
  • Convenient - Service Agreements provide for multiple on-site visits with a single business transaction leaving you with more time to manage the other aspects of your business. 

What type of Service Agreements are available?

At present, Eclipse offers two types of Service Agreements:  Preventive Maintenance Agreements and Safety Audit Agreements.  These are available for the majority of our combustion burners and burner systems.

These agreements provide for annual or semi-annual safety audits and/or PM visits over a one-, two-, or three-year period.

What’s included in a Preventive Maintenance Agreement?

The PMA includes labor, travel time and expenses as well as specified replacement parts to perform the maintenance tasks described in Eclipse Bulletin 1621-GS .

What’s included in a Safety Audit Agreement?

The SAA includes labor, travel time, and expenses to perform the inspection tasks described in Eclipse Bulletin 1622-GS.
