Warranty Programs

With a warranty program from Eclipse, you don’t have to worry about repair expenses associated with unexpected equipment breakdowns.  Three separate warranty programs offer you ultimate flexibility in choosing the best means of protecting your new equipment investment.

Supplemental Warranty

The Supplemental Warranty adds labor, travel time, and travel expenses to the standard one-year parts replacement warranty on new equipment.   It includes Priority Response scheduling of all service calls to troubleshoot and repair covered equipment.  Complimentary technical phone support is also included.

Extended Warranty

An Extended Warranty covers parts, labor, travel time, and travel expenses for up to three additional years beyond the standard one-year parts replacement warranty offered on new equipment.  It also includes Priority Response scheduling of all service calls to troubleshoot and repair covered equipment.  Complimentary technical phone support is also included.

Extended Parts-Only Warranty

The Extended Parts-Only Warranty covers replacement parts for one additional year beyond the standard one-year parts replacement warranty on new equipment.  (Excludes wear parts associated with preventive maintenance.)  Coverage provides for shipment of replacement parts for next day delivery.  Complimentary technical phone support is also included.
